Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, EULA and Data Deletion Request

This page contains the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, End User License Agreement (EULA), and data deletion instructions applicable to the applications, games, plugins, and digital services developed and operated by NEO SOFT ENTERTAINMENT.

Privacy Policy and Data Processing Notice

This Privacy Policy and Data Processing Notice establishes the rules regarding the collection, use, storage, protection, and rights of users in relation to the personal data processed by the applications, games, plugins, and digital services owned and operated by NEO SOFT ENTERTAINMENT, a private legal entity, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law – LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018.

By using any application, game, or service provided by NEO SOFT ENTERTAINMENT, the user acknowledges and agrees to the terms described in this document.

1. Data Collected and Purposes

Depending on the specific application or service, NEO SOFT ENTERTAINMENT collects only the data strictly necessary for its operation, which may include the following categories:

  • Social Authentication Data: When logging in through a third-party account (such as Google), an application may collect the user's public profile photo exclusively for visual identification and account personalization.
  • Registration Data: Depending on the application, NEO SOFT ENTERTAINMENT may collect the user's full name, CPF, e-mail address, and phone number.
  • Purpose: To ensure legal security, identify users, prevent fraud such as fake profiles, and enable communication between users when required by the application.
  • Geographic Location Data: Some applications may request permission to access the user's real-time location only while the application is in use.
  • Purpose: To enable location-based features, such as displaying content relevant to the user's region or completing address information automatically.
  • Photo Gallery Access: Some applications may request permission to access the user's device photo gallery.
  • Purpose: To allow the user to upload photos for use within the application (such as listings, in-game content, or other user-generated content) or to update their profile picture.

2. Legal Bases for Processing

NEO SOFT ENTERTAINMENT processes user data based on the legal bases established by Article 7 of the LGPD, including:

  • Performance of Contract or Preliminary Procedures: Processing required to fulfill the Terms of Use and provide the features of each application or service.
  • Legitimate Interest: Processing required to maintain the internal security of the ecosystem, improve features based on usage and location, and enhance the user experience.
  • Fraud Prevention and User Safety: Use of identification data, such as CPF when applicable, to validate the identity of users.

3. Data Storage and Security

The security of user data is a priority. NEO SOFT ENTERTAINMENT adopts technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including:

  • Encryption in Transit: All information transmitted between the application and servers uses secure encrypted communication protocols, such as HTTPS/TLS.
  • Cloud Storage: Personal data collected by NEO SOFT ENTERTAINMENT's applications and services is stored in secure cloud infrastructure.
  • No Sale of Personal Data: NEO SOFT ENTERTAINMENT does not sell users' personal data.
  • No Advertising Sharing: NEO SOFT ENTERTAINMENT does not share users' personal data with advertising companies.
  • Limited Visibility of Contact Data: A user's contact data may become visible to other users only when necessary to allow interaction or negotiation within a specific application or service.

4. Age Restriction

Unless otherwise stated for a specific application, NEO SOFT ENTERTAINMENT's applications and services are intended for users aged 16 years or older.

Users under 18 and over 16 must register and use the application with the assistance of their parents or legal guardians, who are responsible for the acts performed by the minor within the platform.

5. Rights of Data Subjects

Under Article 18 of the LGPD, users may request from NEO SOFT ENTERTAINMENT, at any time:

  1. Confirmation of the existence of personal data processing.
  2. Access to personal data stored by the company.
  3. Correction or update of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
  4. Deletion of personal data, subject to cases where retention is required by legal, regulatory, tax, or contractual obligations.

Terms of Use

NEO SOFT ENTERTAINMENT provides applications, games, plugins, and other digital services (the "Platform"). By downloading, accessing, or using any of these products, the user agrees to the following terms:

  • The user is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided when registering an account or publishing content within the Platform.
  • The user may not publish content that is false, fraudulent, illegal, offensive, or that violates the rights of third parties.
  • NEO SOFT ENTERTAINMENT may remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access in cases of misuse of the Platform.
  • The Platform may undergo changes, updates, maintenance, or temporary periods of unavailability.
  • Continued use of an application or service after any update to these Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  • The use of any NEO SOFT ENTERTAINMENT application or service implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement governs the use of the applications, games, and software developed by NEO SOFT ENTERTAINMENT and applies to every user who installs or accesses them.

  • NEO SOFT ENTERTAINMENT grants the user a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use its applications and software.
  • This license does not grant the user any ownership rights over the software, source code, trademarks, layout, database, interface, or any other assets of the application.
  • The user may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, automate improper use of, or attempt to access restricted areas of the system.
  • This license may be terminated if the user violates the Terms of Use, applicable law, or the rights of NEO SOFT ENTERTAINMENT.
  • The application may receive updates, fixes, improvements, and functional changes over time.

Data Deletion Request

Users may request the deletion of their account and associated personal data from any NEO SOFT ENTERTAINMENT application or service at any time.

To request data deletion, send an email to contact@neosoftentertainment.com.br using the subject: "Data Deletion Request".

The email should include:

  • Full name
  • Name of the application or service used
  • Registered phone number
  • Registered email address
  • CPF, when necessary for identity verification
  • A clear statement requesting account and data deletion

After receiving the request, NEO SOFT ENTERTAINMENT will process the deletion of the user's personal data, except where data retention is required to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, security, fraud prevention, or contractual obligations.
